A founding partner at Berkeley Solicitors, Otsu was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1993 and holds an LL.B from the University of Lagos, an LL.M from Queen Mary University of London, and is pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of Kent. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, the Chartered Pension Institute of Nigeria, and BRIPAN, and was recently appointed to the NBA Finance Committee. With over 27 years of experience in investment law, he excels in trial preparation, legal drafting, and case management.
