He is a Barrister and Solicitor and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI). He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Nigeria Capital Market Solicitors, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, and Chartered Pension Institute of Nigeria. His experience includes working as Counsel at Rhodes & Rhodes (SAN) and Ayodele Olugbenga & Co., as well as an Associate at Supo Apti-John & Co. His principal areas of practice include Taxation and Management Law, Corporate Commercial Law, Debt Recovery and Insolvency, Property Consulting and Management, and Intellectual Property Law.
